Imglio provides its services free of charge as part of our commitment to offering inclusive access to all users. That said, users should understand that the service is provided as-is. Imglio does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or that it will meet every individual user's specific needs.
By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that technical limitations may occur, and you agree that your use of the service is entirely your own responsibility.
To maintain the integrity of the platform and protect all users, Imglio sets firm restrictions on unauthorized use. Users are prohibited from using Imglio's services for any purpose that violates applicable laws and regulations, whether at a local, national, or international level.
Users are also not permitted to use the platform to process, distribute, or publish content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the lawful rights of any third parties. Any activity that could damage, disrupt, or degrade the performance of Imglio's infrastructure and services, including but not limited to cyberattacks, spreading malware, or exploiting system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.
Violations of these terms may result in immediate access termination without prior notice, and may be subject to further action in accordance with applicable law.
Imglio, including all of its developers, partners, and affiliates, is not responsible for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss resulting from image processing, file corruption, results that don't meet user expectations, or operational disruptions affecting business or personal activities.
Users are strongly encouraged to always keep a backup of their original files before using any image processing features available on our platform. Imglio cannot be held liable for losses that could have been prevented through good data management practices.
As a continuously evolving platform, Imglio reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features, functionality, or service availability at any time, either partially or in full, without any obligation to provide prior notice to users. These changes may include interface updates, the addition or removal of features, or both planned and emergency system maintenance.
Likewise, Imglio may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes to the terms and conditions are made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to periodically review this page to stay up to date with our policies.
All elements that make up the Imglio platform, including but not limited to the interface design, software code, image processing algorithms, trademarks, logos, and editorial content, are the intellectual property of Imglio and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit these elements without valid written permission from Imglio.
At the same time, Imglio fully respects users' ownership rights over files and content they upload to the platform. Users retain full rights over those files. Imglio does not claim ownership of content you upload and will not use it for any purpose beyond the technical processing required to deliver the requested service features.
All content published and developed by Imglio, including the user interface, visual design, icons, illustrations, typography, source code, technical documentation, and marketing materials, is protected by copyright under applicable laws in Indonesia and relevant international conventions, including Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright.
Users are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Imglio platform without obtaining explicit written permission from Imglio. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes may be permitted as long as it does not infringe on established rights.
If you believe there is a copyright violation within our platform, we invite you to report it to our team through the available channels. Imglio is committed to taking every copyright infringement report seriously and addressing it in a timely manner.
Imglio values its users' privacy. We are committed to handling any personal data collected during the use of our service in a responsible manner. Data we may collect includes technical information such as IP addresses, device type, browser used, and in-platform activity data for the purpose of service improvement and internal analytics. Image files you upload are processed locally in your browser.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal user data with third parties for commercial purposes. More details about our data collection, use, and protection practices can be found in our separate Privacy Policy document.
Users are fully responsible for the content, specifically the image files or visual material, uploaded and processed through the Imglio platform. By uploading content to our platform, you represent and warrant that you hold the lawful rights to that content, or have obtained the necessary permissions from the relevant rights holders.
Imglio is not responsible for content uploaded by users and has no obligation to actively monitor, screen, or review such content. However, Imglio reserves the right to remove or block access to content that is reported or identified as violating these terms, without prior notice.
Users agree to hold Imglio harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from violations of these terms, including any legal costs that may arise as a consequence.
We welcome questions, feedback, violation reports, and requests related to personal data in connection with these terms and conditions. The Imglio team is committed to responding to all communications within a reasonable working timeframe.
